It’s an Internet forum poster claiming it’s a Class B felony with minimum sentence of 10 years! Ridiculous. Hope that’s outdated or incorrect. As widely available as they are on college campuses I’d be surprised if they are busting kids with sentences that far out of whack. [Reply]

I met an alien named Stevie who said if I got the cash together he’d take me and my wife on his flying saucer to his planet that’s made entirely of crack cocaine. [Reply]

Yeah, that was my failed attempt at cross thread humor [Reply]
Unless the friend takes responsibility and doesn’t **** an innocent over.
My reaction in Rabs situation would be scorched earth. He looks at this like he’s protecting somebody, I look at it like his friend is completely ****ing him over.
My friend actually reimbursed me for the bail $$ and is helping pay for my attorney. It will be about $1k, and I'm getting a friend deal from an attorney who actually just took a state contract, and my case is his last before he goes to work for the other side... [Reply]

I think that involves dealing or manufacturing, which is a totally different beast. [Reply]
Didn't see this until now, but I have a friend here in Jefferson City who is an attorney who specializes in felony drug cases, and hes very good. If you want his info let me know. [Reply]

He does.
At the time it happened, I had told him it was a matter of time until he got his door kicked in.. since he was growing a closet full of mushrooms and had literally an entire kitchen cabinets packed full of dried shrooms (sometimes 50 pounds plus)
His response was that it was part of the territory. After it actually happened I think he re-thought that position. Hes straight and narrow now and been doing good for a long time, so I guess its not an all bad thing. [Reply]
