My Uncle Mitchell was one of the nicest, kindest souls I've ever known. The more I've learned in life, the more I realize that I want to be the kind of person that he was...and that's something I've wanted to tell him over the past few months. The relationship that he had with my Aunt Judy is the type of relationship that I envisioned as being as close to perfect as it gets...I learned a lot from him, when I was a kid I spent a lot of time with him and my Aunt Judy. We talked about Chiefs football and music A LOT. And food. Big time Chiefs fan, some of the first games I remember actually watching during the pre-Marty/Carl era were at his house. Like, Bill Kinney shit.
He was warm, kind, generous, and funny. He will be missed by many.
Please keep my Aunt and my cousins Brandon James, Brandon Kyle, Corey, Andrea, Sarah, Jill, Eric, and Amanda Jo in your thoughts.
My family has suffered a devastating loss. My heart aches.
