BEP trying to get her man-crush out of jail. Adorable.

50 years for trick process crimes is much to stiff a penalty. It's a death sentence for a 67 year old man.

Maybe you can try putting some money on his books, BEP. How about a conjugal visit?

Send him a prison letter with some of your artwork on the envelop.

Stone dug this hole. Let him figure out how to get out of it.

Why do you say that?

I can agree he should have pleaded the Fifth, because they were trying to entrap him into making statements he had to use recall on without having transcripts which his interrogators had. He really hasn't done anything wrong. And it was Credico that called and spoke to him. Stone merely made a wise-crack to him. No person should go to prison for things like this.

Witness intimidation and obstruction are just trick process crimes, every law student knows that.

Fifty years. Deal with it. Maybe you'll buy his book he'll write in prison if he doesn't get turned out and passed around....

Also, he hasn’t been sentenced yet, so this “50 years” claim is another one of your lies.

Actually, considering ol' Roger's sex life he's probably looking forward to his role as prison bitch.

Leave him alone BEP. He's where he wants to be now.

Do you know what he did for that charge of witness intimidation?

That witness actually called Stone and spoke about his testimony prior to his interrogation—not the other way around. Stone made a joke about what he said. O.M.G! Such a criminal—a real threat to society.

What was his obstruction?

Well, to be fair, fifty is what us normies would likely serve if given the max penalty for the crimes committed.

But we all know these motherfuckers never serve what a regular citizen would get.

The jury has spoken. No one gives a fuck about YOUR OPINION.

BTW Trolly McHijacker, this is for a pardon—not about re-hashing the merits of the case. So scrap that last question. You can answer in the other thread.
