Illegal Alien Accused of Killing Mollie Tibbetts Gets Trial Delayed, Again[

The illegal alien accused of murdering 20-year-old University of Iowa student Mollie Tibbetts in 2018 has successfully lobbied for the trial against him to be delayed yet again.

In August 2018, Cristhian Bahena Rivera, a 25-year-old illegal alien from Mexico, was charged with Mollie Tibbetts’ murder after police said he admitted to confronting and chasing down the young woman.

Following a nationwide search, Tibbetts’ body was found in a cornfield in Poweshiek County, Iowa. The illegal alien lived in a region of Iowa that was surrounded by sanctuary cities, as Breitbart News noted, and worked on a dairy farm using a stolen ID and Social Security card after allegedly crossing the U.S.-Mexico border as a child.

This week, Bahena Rivera’s defense attorneys were able to successfully get the trial moved to February, telling the court that they needed additional time to gather expert witnesses for forensic evidence released this month, according to the Des Moines Register.

The attorneys said not granting another trial delay would be a violation of Bahena Rivera’s constitutional rights to a fair trial. Now, the trial will begin February 4, 2020.

As Breitbart News has chronicled, Bahena Rivera has been able to win a series of battles in the court system, getting at least $22,000 worth of taxpayer-funded services like a full-time translator, previously securing a trial delay, and having his trial moved after he claimed that the county where the trial was set to be heard had a population that was too white and not Hispanic enough.

Bahena Rivera’s attorneys have sought for months to suppress his alleged murder confession and have it thrown out of the case before the trial begins. The attorneys said Bahena Rivera’s “constitutional rights” were violated when police questioned him.

According to prosecutors, Bahena Rivera was the last person who saw Tibbetts jogging on the evening of July 18 in Brooklyn, Iowa. That is the night Tibbetts went missing.

Bahena Rivera, according to police, said Tibbetts was jogging when he saw her. That is when he said he approached Tibbetts and started talking to her. After Tibbetts told Bahena Rivera that she would call the police if he did not stop following her, the illegal alien allegedly chased her and says he “blacked out” after this.

Police believe Bahena Rivera stabbed Tibbetts to death, then drove to a cornfield where prosecutors say he placed cornstalks over her to hide her body. The illegal alien has been held on a $5 million bond.

Illegal immigrant deported twice after crimes in middle Tennessee again faces gun charges

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — An illegal immigrant from Mexico is again facing federal charges out of Davidson County after being deported from the U.S. twice follow crimes in the midstate area.

Angel Daniel-Garcia, 35, of Mexico was indicted Wednesday on charges of being an aggravated felon who illegally re-entered the United States after having been previously deported, being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm and being an illegal alien in possession of a firearm.

The new charges stem from an incident on Sept. 10 in which Daniel-Garcia was found in possession of a Smith & Wesson 9mm pistol. He's also facing felony drug and gun charges from a shooting in Davidson County that same day.

Daniel-Garcia was deported in 2010 after authorities said he brandished a gun during two gas station robberies on Murfreesboro Road in Nashville. He was sentenced to 27 months in prison in 2015 and deported after his sentence.

If convicted, Daniel-Garcia faces up to 40 years in prison.

ILLEGAL ALIEN CHARGED WITH FLORIDA RAPE, ADMITS TO DOUBLE-MURDER

A Florida man was charged with raping a woman and later admitted to killing a man and woman in Mexico, according to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office.

Omar Navis Torres, 39, who the victim says has a "crack and alcohol addiction," allegedly beat the unnamed woman before sexually assaulting her.

He later admitted to killing a man and woman in Mexico, according to the arrest report.

Officers responded to a location in Manatee County on Oct. 30, in reference to a past physical dispute, when they made contact with Torres and the victim.

Torres allegedly threw the woman onto the bed, hitting her in the face multiple times after he told her she wasn't good for anything but sex.

The victim told police he forced himself on her and that she only stopped resisting after realizing he wouldn't stop hitting her until she complied, according to the report.

Police say Torres allegedly controlled the victim with fear, saying multiple times that if she sought help from law enforcement he would kill her and if Torres was unable to find her -- he would come after her family, kill them and then take his own life.

Those reasons kept the woman from reaching out to the police, but after another aggressive encounter, the victim called 911 due to fears for her own safety, according to the arrest report.

The victim told police that Torres was "very aggressive" and that he punched her in the nose -- causing it to bleed -- following a verbal argument a couple of days ago.

Police arranged for a rape kit to be administered on the victim, while Torres was booked into the Manatee County jail on Oct. 31 and remains in custody on a $35,000 bond, according to the Bradenton Herald.

On a serious note, are most of the crimes that are committed by illegals done by those from south of the border? I'm curious if it's because there are more of them, or if they're just committing most of the crimes that are done by people hoping the border

'Pure evil': Roberto Lopez, 40, from Florida, is wanted on a charge of sexual battery on a victim under the age of 12 for allegedly raping a two-year-old girl

Deputies in Florida are searching for a man accused of raping a two-year-old girl and inflicting critical injuries on her.

Roberto Lopez, 40, a laborer from Immokalee with a history of violent offenses, is wanted on a charge of sexual battery on a victim under the age of 12.

The Collier County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in tracking down the accused child rapist, labeled an 'animal' in a now-deleted Facebook post.

'This guy is pure evil and does not need to be on our street,' Sheriff Kevin Rambosk wrote on the social media page for the office.

Law enforcement officials have not revealed the circumstances of the assault on the child, only saying that rape has left the toddler in critical condition, reported ClickOrlando.

According to a 'be on the lookout' notice issued by the sheriff's office, the 5-foot-7, 180-pound Lopez, who has been known to use nearly a dozen different aliases, is known to frequent bars in the North 2nd and Azteca area.

His last known place of residence was last known to be living at Tower Rentals in Immokalee.

Arrest records indicate that Lopez has been in and out of jail over the past 16 years on a variety of charges, including driving without a license, multiple DUIs, as well as battery, domestic violence and fraud.
