CDC revises its numbers. 6% of deaths due to Covid19. 94% of cases involved 2-3 comorbidities and advanced age. That means there were 9,210 covid deaths. We’re crushing our kids, our economy and people’s livelihoods. ⁦@GovMikeDeWine⁩ is to blame. pic.twitter.com/aBb2XOXdpG

So the reality is that we have a bug that's killed less than 2,000 in the U.S.

FFS people are so gullible . . .
No, that isn't the reality at all.

Source for this?

Pretty amusing to watch all the usual CP idiots and the mental midget gymnastics they're using to try to convince themselves they're not the brainless, gullible, America-hating buffoons everyone else in here sees them as. :-)
So you think that we've only lost 10,000 people to COVID-19. Is that correct?

The CDC isn't wrong. People like you, apparently, just don't understand what that 6% means.

That is correct.

140,000 deaths occurred due to pre-existing conditions.

If a 95-year old man falls down the stairs and dies, would you blame the stairs?

Report says 25 Million "cases" worldwide. That's less than 1 percent of worlds the population.

That's not correct either. I'm actually surprised to see that 6% figure. I have no idea what it means as regards to only cause of death.

The virus is much more lethal to those with comorbidity, yes. That's been known for a long time.

COVID-19 causes many reactions, mostly respiratory issues, including pnuemonia. That's what the other 94% of COVID-19 victims die of.

My father technically died of necrotizing pneumonia, not GBM. But, he only got necrotizing pneumonia because his immune system was destroyed by chemotherapy.

Are you starting to understand now?

Pre-existing conditions also includes people who are obese, diabetic, and have respiratory conditions like asthma. These are people who would have lived decades longer in many cases if not for Covid. Downplaying the huge amount of premature deaths that have occurred over the last few months is disgusting and you should seek mental help.

People in this thread sure seem to think so, eh? Even though they don't understand what that 6% (or the other 94%) means.

Let's not be too hasty. GoChiefs may simply be not understanding things correctly.

Most of those people were more than 75 years old. "Decades" might be a stretch for most of them.
