I think I was the first one saying we would try to get Chris Harris JR to play slot and can you imagine how awesome it would be to add that and for Veach to also draft a stud corner? I honestly think that’s what’s going to happen. Maybe even go the Chiefs 2008 route and draft one in the second and another in the 5th.

I’m just as excited to see what linebacker(s) he drafts, too. House is a damn good LB coach and I can see them upgrading from Ragland to a stud like Patrick Queen. House could make him our Urlacher.

Queen would be a HUGE upgrade for us. Doubtful he gets to us.

As expected, #BoiseState OT Ezra Cleveland tested outstanding. His athleticism is why he has a chance to be drafted top-40 overall. The numbers match the tape.

4.93 40-yd dash (3rd-best)
7.26 3-cone (1st)
4.46 short-shuttle (1st)
30 bench reps (5th)

I was listening to Sirius XM talking about the combine and they mentioned that Jalen Reagor put on extra weight before the combine bc he didn’t want to be seen as tall & skinny frail player in the 190’s.

If you remember, Armani Watts did that too and he had slower times in Indy. Now that I know that, I’m giving him a pass.

This might turn out to be great for us bc he had a disappointing combine compared to the hype he was getting.

Hopefully it stays this way and some dumbass team takes Shenault and he falls to us. I think he’s one of the few guys that if he is there at 32, we don’t take trade down offers and just take him.

Colorado WR Laviska Shenault, who has been dealing with core muscle injury and inflammation of the pubic bone, will have surgery that is expected to sideline him 4-6 weeks, per league source. Despite the injury, Shenault ran a 4.55 at the combine. But with no improvement, surgery

If Chris Jones is traded, I want Neville Gallimore. 4.79 at 304 lbs. dude is athletic as hell

Some defensive line dude is wearing a regular t shirt because he lost his official combine shirt. I didn't catch who it was since it doesn't have a name or number.

But how do you lose your shirt? That's going to get him some questions in his interview.

Some other DL, James Smith Williams, did the vertical jump and somehow came down against the pole, bending it and hurting his elbow. It's an eventful day for defensive linemen.

For those who wanted to sign Schobert....

It's no longer Scho-time in Cleveland: LB Joe Schobert will hit the free agent market and won't be back with the #Browns, who aren't willing to meet his $10M-plus market price, source says https://t.co/XSupyDhHBo

That was rather impressive for Simmons.

Do not want him in the AFC West...
