I got hit pretty hard by COVID this year and didn't receive one yet. I understand their a bit underwhelming from the touted $2000

My wife said it isn’t as big as her last one...which is really weird, because she said that on our wedding night years before the stimulus was sent.

If everyone gets something, no matter what, it's call inflation. Yeah I understand rich people don't get as much but by far and large it's just printing more money.

There should be a way to apply for such funds, show that you lost your job due to Covid, etc. And get the money that way.
Well, go stimulate some shit, then!

Is this in contention?
If the outcome of a sporting event has that kind of impact on your health you have serious issues you need to deal with.

It’s highly unlikely that stimulus payments will have any effect on inflation whatsoever. Similar to the great recession, we’ll more than like be below target inflation levels for at least the next couple years.

No stimulation yet, what did they end up deciding to give us anyway?

$600, the $2000 likely won't pass because Congress packed it full of partisan BS so the sides will just end up fighting and getting nothing done.

(yes, a political post but bi-partisan)
