Durant averaged 35 ppg 8 rpg and 5.4 apg against the Cavs in last years finals while LeBron averaged 33.6 ppg, 12.0 rpg, 10.0 apg. LeBron is better but there isn't a huge difference and like you said yourself Durant is the better scorer. He shit on LeBron last season in the finals. Made him fall one play. :-).
If LeBron was that much better he would have dominated Durant. He didn't... Getting rebounds and assists is nice but scoring and defense is what wins in the NBA. LeBron failed in both categories against Durant.

IMO, what I have gathered in this series thus far is the Rockets no doubt CAN play with the Warriors, and may just be the better conditioned team. They made the Warriors tired last night - the unforced errors and the blown leads are a direct result of that. Game 2 they ran them out of the building. (Then afterwards, as expected, the Steph Curry excuses were abundant). The pattern is, with plenty of rest, the Warriors win - when it's only a two day period in between games, the Rockets win. We'll see if that holds Thursday.
I think its awesome that the Rockets still have a shot here. They're playing for a lot more than just the obvious in this series. [Reply]

LOL Nick Wright is always good for a laugh. He has way too much emotional affection for Lebron to talk NBA rationally at times. Its either Lebron is God in the flesh or I dont want to talk NBA right now NBA is dead.
I caught a bit of him on Lazlows show last week after the Warriors were up 1-0, and Cavs down 0-2 a depressed Nick Wright was proclaiming the Warriors/Rockets series over and expanded that to the NBA being over for the foreseeable future. :-) [Reply]
i have a feeling a super team will form somewhere this summer thats even more stacked than the Warriors and gives them a true run for their money. Youll see a new era of crybaby Warriors when that happens cause there will be a team assembled thats wayyyyyy better.
The contracts for some of these guys are aligned this way for a reason, something has to happen. Youll see a ton of trades too, vets forcing their way to play with buddies. [Reply]
