About to hit the 5000 post mark on the old thread, the first season 7 trailer today seems like the right time to start the final Game of Thones thread.
I'm going back to the original rules pre-2015. I don't think we need supervision or bannings. Just don't be a dick. Post anything you find online that hasn't aired yet inside of spoiler tags. That's pretty much it. I think we can all handle that...

My take on it is the reality of the situation. It has nothing to do with being rude. It's simply an unrealistic expectation. Like Jason said, it was up on Yahoo just 30 minutes after it aired... Millions of people are discussing it. Twitter, Instagram and this forum are public venues where things like this are bound to slip. You pretty much have to stay off the internet if you don't want a spoiler.

No, i don't know that. I don't know what you've watched or if you're even a GoT fan. TW was making a reference, not trying to spoil. It's understandable. He just watched it, everyone is freaking talking about it and he referenced it. It's going to happen.
Again, what arbitrary timeline is acceptable to you and how do we enforce it? Because the consensus seems to be that once it's aired it's fair game. [Reply]
Lol watch the episode when it airs or stay off the internet until you see it if you care that much. Kind of common sense here in 2017. There are dicks who will "ruin it for you" no matter how many times you cry about it. [Reply]
