I loved Until Dawn but you might be disappointed in its replayability.
MGSV is a beautiful game and a lot of fun. It's repeatative as hell and the story gets a bit bat shit crazy but it's still one of the best games out there right now.

I have Witcher 3 on PC already, but I was looking into either AC Syndicate, Uncharted Collection, or Until Dawn.
I haven't been a huge fan of the AC series. The only one I liked was the Pirate one, and I have a negative bias towards them for how shitty some of their games have been on a technical level.
I only ever played Uncharted 1 and if I got that, I would get to play 2 new games to me.
And then Until Dawn looks interesting, but I think it's overpriced for a story game.
