Terez just gets on and says his opinion. No one ever actually asks what he knows bc he doesn’t know shit. Sure he reported we were aggressive about Minkah AFTER the trade happened. Sure didn’t hear shit while it was happening [Reply]
I don't really know why they'd want him to do that though.
They sound like they're really worried about the locker room stuff.
I think it's simple.
If other teams think the Chiefs aren't interested, they have no reason to keep upping their offers. It kills leverage for Jacksonville. If teams know the Chiefs are interested, it gives Jacksonville room to say "well, the Chiefs are offering X...beat it."
Right now, the Chiefs have a smoke screen and can toss offers in, hoping theirs comes out on top. [Reply]
The other thing to consider, he could demand a contract from some teams that he wouldn’t demand from us bc of his shot at getting a ring. That could lead to other teams offering less than us [Reply]

I doubt teams are listening that much to the media. They know who's in or who wants him i'd imagine. [Reply]

Probably more interest for Ramsey than for Clark and trying to manage the bidding war. Especially bc the time of the year. We got Clark right before a draft deep with pass rushers [Reply]

Yea I am sure they have their sources that do not require them to read random twitter guys post and relay it back to head quarters. GM's know how is in the mix partly because the team dealing probably tells them. [Reply]
It's all very cloak and dagger. Team representatives meet in an abandoned parking garage and exchange code words. They pull the player out of the trunk so the buyer can inspect the goods. They throw a bag full of cash on the ground and everyone is on edge with a hand beneath their vest in case someone gets greedy and the deal goes south. [Reply]
