We don't really have one of these yet, so figured we could use this as a place to discuss potential free agent acquisitions and what we would like to look for them to bring in.
If any of you guys are interested, heres a good place to do some research.
I think the biggest mistake Jacksonville ever made was not trading for Alex Smith. And now they are father behind than last year, and I love Foles, but I don't think he is the answer [Reply]

there are only really a handful of those guys in the NFL. I don't think it's as important as just steady, solid corner play. Nelson could've been fine if he had any ball awareness at all.
I think there's maybe 5 guys that would all be fine in the draft.
With the rules the way they are now, I don't think the difference between "elite" and "good" is worth the difference in pay scale.
I'd be drafting CB's every year and rarely if ever sign a second contract on them. [Reply]
Texans hope to re-sign pending free agent safety Tyrann Mathieu @Mathieu_Era and are making efforts to keep team captain on the roster. Nothing imminent or close at this time, though. 1-year, $7 million deal expired Safety market figures to be highly competitive financially.

I'd be happy to have another Flowers/Carr situation for a while. A solid 2nd rounder and an overachieving late pick. Mmm-mm good. [Reply]

That sounds like a disaster waiting to happen. [Reply]
