Had a patty melt on sourdough with caramelized onions and au gratin potatoes at a dive bar called 92nd Street here in Scottsdale after my haircut. (It was right next door)

Yeah I hadn't ever made them at home but we did a couple weeks back and they were so good my wife wanted to do it again. Pretty sure they'll become a staple anytime we need a potato dish now.
Hell I had a bowl of them for breakfast lol. [Reply]

Try making your mac and cheese adding potatoes.I add shrooms, chives, pearl onions and pretty much anything i have just like tater salad Sauto, i added peas to it once, it was still great. Keep your corn flakes bread crumbs or corn bread crumbs for me. [Reply]
I really have no idea what’s for dinner, but since my holiday weekend starts tonight, this thread will be my guide in coming up with some good ideas... this place damn sure knows it’s way around a kitchen [Reply]
Tonight it's a Papa Murphy pizza on the rec tec since the wife and I got home late. Was planning on burgers topped with pulled pork but I guess that will be tomorrow.

It’s an herbed feta. I typically hit the antipasto bar at my local grocer. Grab a plastic container and fill it with olives varieties, cheese and whatever else looks good. Trying to add some greens to my daily so threw it all in with some hummus/pita into a salad.
Hyvee in Olathe had a great antipasto bar when I was working out there. I’m sure Northland stores do it even better. [Reply]
