This is what a male teacher did to avoid being put in jail.
"A prosecutor in Alabama is calling a nearly 40-year-old man's marriage to his 18-year-old former student a "sham" to prevent her from testifying against him in a sex case.
Matthew Shane Wester - a 38-year-old former math teacher and one-time coach for both track and football at an Alabama high school - allegedly had sexual contact with one of his students back in 2014. According to AL.com, prosecutors indicted Wester in January 2015, alleging he "intentionally and knowingly engaged with a male or female student under the age of 19 in sexual contact which was done for the purpose of gratifying the sexual desire of either party, to wit - kissing and spending the night with the victim."
Wester, who was married with a child at the time of the incident, resigned from his teaching position a month after the indictment, AL.com added. You can record them on your phone, but yes, snapchat does keep them for a certain amount of time if you have a search warrant and a criminal matter has happened, no to civil requests. [Reply]

Not quite. But I agree with the sentiment- in general, a woman has little trouble looking to get laid, and our social structure "makes" men almost always have to be the instigator.
There's a reason why bars have promotions like ladies night. It drives in female patrons and a target rich environment drives in more guys to pay normal priced booze.
Not that it's a shocking revelation, but in today’s age, if you are a very good looking guy, it's probably easier for you to get laid than a really unattractive girl. These a the exceptions to the rule, because your average gal can get laid 100x more easily than your average guy. [Reply]

Where do you think the breakeven point is, where the likelihood is equal?
If it a 99% man and a 1% woman? 95 versus 5? 90 versus 10? I'm curious.
If I had to guess, I'd go with about a 94th percentile man versus a 6th percentile woman. I think the likelihood is moving exponentially in different directions as you move from 99 and 1, so I think the lines cross pretty quickly. [Reply]

I don't think it's a sliding scale, more like a to the power of / exponential degree.
If you are in the 99th, you probably can get laid easier or at least as easy as any woman in the 60th percentile and below,
98 - probably 50th percentile.
97 - 30th percentile,
96 - 25th percentile,
95 - 20th percentile,
94 - 10th percentile
93 - 8th percentile
92 - 5th percentile
91 - 2nd percentile
Of course, the hotter the girl in question, the percentile is nullified by a greater and greater margin. [Reply]

I agree with you on the bottom end of your scale, but I'm not so sure about the top. It seems like a woman in the 40th percentile can still get sex in any Arby's or K-Mart or pet store in the country by just asking. I don't think that a 98th percentile man can do that. [Reply]

The teacher, identified as "Carla" by English-language newspaper Mexico News Daily, entered a twerking contest at the Mango Deck Restaurant, Bar & Beach Club, a popular vacation spot situated at the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula. With gyrating hips and a shaking booty, Carla out-twerked her competition, winning $260 an the adoration of the drunken crowd.
That's when things got out of control. A video of Carla's jaw-dropping performance was uploaded to Facebook, where it quickly went viral (for obvious reasons). When Carla returned to work at a private elementary school in the Mexican town of Ciudad Obregon after her vacation, the school's principal and lawyers ambushed her with complaints regarding "immoral behavior" and forced her to resign.
“I was singled out as immoral, called immature and a whore,” Carla told Mexican newspaper Reforma. “I’m not doing anything wrong. It’s a dance competition, and participating in it does not define me as a person. I’m not naked or having sex, much less consuming drugs or disrespecting someone.”
According to Reforma, Carla's friend and family aren't going to take this lying down. Her supporters are currently collecting signatures calling for her reinstatement. As they should: even elementary school teachers are allowed to have fun in their private lives without facing the scrutiny of overzealous, puritanical parents. Especially when there's twerking involved.
