His TD is a perfect example of what speed do.
For once, the pass wasnt underthrown! Looked like Alex just stepped up and chucked it deep, and Hill ran and got it. Green even mentioned the thought Alex had overthrown him when he released the ball. Alex needs to do that more often, just chuck it deep, he cannot afford to wait until Hill gets open, then its too late. But, Kudos to all involved, a big TD pass at the right time! [Reply]

But still, just cant WAIT to see Mahomes play catch with this dude... its gonna be damn near impossible to stop
Its gunna be insane. Records are gunna be set.
Tyreek is doing this with the least aggressive QB of the past decade or so. (Yes I know he's more aggressive this year obviously, mostly because of Tyreek).
Can you imagine him with a QB like Mahomes? Teams are gunna have to consistently double/have a safety over the top of Hill or Mahomes will just toss it up to him every time. Its gunna open up everything else even more. Kelce will be even more productive.
And I cant wait to see what our #2 & #3 WRs do with Mahomes. [Reply]

Tyreek should get 3-5 deep shots a game. Seriously, if not more.
Most of the team he is too fast and will roast the DB, where the QB just has to make a strong throw for it to work.
But even when he isn't burning the DB, they are usually so worried about him separating down field that he can come back to the ball and make contested catches on the back shoulder. We saw that vs. Oakland and the Jets.
This guy can be Antonio Brown 2.0 in time. Teams are going to start leaving a safety over him all the time though, so his other routes will have to be used more. I think he and Mahomes will create a legendary connection. [Reply]
Another thing to love about Tyreek, he seems to be very durable, especially for a guy his size. Hasn't missed a game yet, hell he hasn't really missed any time at all in 2 years. And he hasn't even hit his prime yet obviously. He's only going to get better at things like route running & the longer he's in the system the better.
If he can avoid freak injuries, the Mahomes-Hill connection definitely has the chance to be legendary as pugs mentioned.
Also Kelce gets nicked up from time to time, but he doesn't miss any time either. Very durable since his rookie season that was wiped out by a freak injury.
Keep the Big 3 healthy again next season and Mahomes has everything he needs to succeed his first year on the job. [Reply]
