I’m on a Ghost kick lately. I can’t get their music out of my head. They have moments of brilliance, the musicianship is superb, but they also may have gone to the “Satan” well a bit too often. Some of the lyrics are tacky/cheesy, but there is also some interesting contemplations to be had. I still haven’t figured out if they believe what they write about (true Satanists), or if it is all theatrics and meant to get reactions?....

Stern played this in an ad-break this week and I haven't been able to get it out of my mind sense.
Possibly my favorite Stones song ever, just for how distinctive and passionate it is. And to be truthful, it ranks right up with the all time classic Beatles ballads. I'm talking Hey Jude/Let It Be territory.
If asked to summarize youth, spring, optimism and romance in a melody, this is what I'd pick.
