I would imagine that both CFR and R0 would be lower today, thanks to advances in medicine and overall. But then again, we've got thousands of aircraft spreading this bug today. I don't really know if it's possible to determine that.

That’s always nice to see but not sure how they quantify those numbers , do they have to e tested or asymptotic for x amount of days I think there are more recovered than it is showing.

I would also like to see the number of "recovered" broken down to those that have lost lung function. To me that is not recovered that is not infected.

Good point , some might never fully recover their original lung function but it might take years before we fully know .

Recovering means you don't have the virus anymore and you aren't dead. It does not mean you don't or won't have some form of residual damage from the virus.

Since this is always being compared to the flu does the flu have long term lingering residual damage?
I have never heard of any.
