It usually takes about 6 weeks to fully recover from a dislocated kneecap, although sometimes it can take a bit longer to return to sports or other strenuous activities. [Reply]

His knee got bumped from the outside as he had it fully extended. Kielce or whoever the end was on the right side got pushed into him. That’s a load of torque so if he didn’t tear something he’s got superhuman strength. [Reply]
