I agree...we will see it. The dude only got 2 series. We’ve all seen elite, HOF QB’s be less effective (maybe throwing an INT) in their first 2 series of regular season games.

Mahomes was going to take a shot deep to Watkins on that play he was sacked, but you could tell he didn’t have the room he wanted to step up in the pocket and make a good throw. [Reply]
That is how I saw it too. Yes, one qtr. of 1 preseason game (with your first franchise QB in 34 years behind center) My point was that no matter how little time the 1st unit played, they got outplayed by a make-shift Texans D-line. [Reply]
There are no excuses. It was like 8 fucking plays from a 1st year starting QB in preseason game #1.
Mahomes didn't even struggle, really. He played fine. Only morons like you and the Alex fans in the Romper Room are looking at this like people are making excuses [Reply]
