Topped with a chipotle sour cream sauce, squeeze of lime, and a little cilantro... really looking forward to it
Love some fish tacos. Although I do prefer them grilled with a seasoning rather than battered and fried. Occasionally will make the fried. But they key is always the sauce to bring it all together. My go to is 1/2c sour cream, 1/3c mayo, couple juiced limes, tbsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt and 1/4tsp cumin. Sometimes I will add some chopped cilantro in the sauce for some added color. [Reply]

From the little bit of reading I did, battered and fried fish is a Baja-specific thing... just trying to stay authentic

Salad and roasted garlic grill toast are planned with a nice Cab.

Fillet for her, strip for me.
Warning ugly steak
Spoiler!
I'd brag about the $5.99lb price but Threebags would show me up.
$5.99/lb for that beauty is nice. My last “best deal” was almost 4 lbs of thick cut Fanestil bacon for $1.09...not per pound, $1.09 total. [Reply]
