The move marks the culmination of years of effort on the part of Warner Bros. and DC Comics to bring their superheroes together in a similar fashion to their primary competitor Marvel, which successfully combined its superheroes into a $1.5-billion box-office hit with “The Avengers.”

As we all know, premiere reactions have to be taken with a grain of salt, but what I've read most consistently is that Affleck is the best Batman on film to date and that Godot almost steals the movie. I've also read that Superman is better characterized (no surprise since he wasn't actually Superman as we know the character for most of MoS...), that Eisenberg is good as Lex and that the movie as a whole is good.
