Can't get it up here north of the border but, through a wine distributer I am able to order a case. Would like to hear from someone who knows their stuff and has tried it before I order.

This is outstanding. Beyond smooth and the complexity of flavors leaves you noticing something you didn't before with each sip. Highly recommend this one.
Very interesting with quite a lot of age. Need to read up more on the area. Have you run across any usual intro bottle or any you’d suggest as dip a toe in the water? [Reply]
It’s a Texas straight bourbon whiskey. My Mother-In-Law in Ft Worth gave me a bottle the last time I saw her. Really good stuff. 2 ice cubes breaks it open quite well. Anyone else tried it? [Reply]

Just a heads up to folks in KC area looking for Blantons. I found at my Sam's Club in Northland for a tad under 50 bucks if your looking.
I have looked all over for Old Forester Birthday Bourbon thats usually on the shelves in Sept. If anyone has seen a bottle in area give a shout out. [Reply]

Blanton's isn't that easy to find here either and will run you about $70.
That's way over-priced for what it is.
Birthday Bourbons are so rare here you have to know someone at a liquor store to ever get one.
I know its getting ridiculous I used to never have trouble finding my favorite bottles. Now it takes leg work and patience and I am short in the latter. [Reply]
