What exactly is there to cooperate with?

Unless Montana starts closing down public parks and trails, life will proceed as normal for most.

IDK where you are BRC, but here in San Diego, at least for me, life doesn't seem much different. We can't go to the beach or to public parks as of a few days ago.

But beyond that there's very little changed unless you're a bar-hoping socialite.

That's kind of how it is here in the Midwest too. I observe people practicing social distancing, but there are still people out waking, sitting at the parks, going to grocery stores, etc.

This shows the location data of phones that were on a Florida beach during Spring Break. It then shows where those phones traveled.

First thing you should note is the importance of social distancing. The second is how much data your phone gives off. pic.twitter.com/iokUX3qjeB

Really, that's how it should be. All of these measures are mainly meant to prevent people from being in situations where they can possibly infect (or be infected by) large numbers of people. That means:

-Concerts and similar performances
-Big, public gatherings
-Large offices

Beyond that? You're pretty unlikely to infect people you're just walking past in the park or at the grocery store.

Along with hard-hit New York, with some 30,000 confirmed cases, the epidemic is spreading more broadly. New Jersey has reported more than 4,400 cases. California, Michigan and Washington have all confirmed more than 2,000 cases, and Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania had all recorded more than 1,000 cases, according to state health laboratories compiled by The COVID Tracking Project, a group led by the journalist Alexis Madrigal.
Your glee is duly noted.

Beautiful day in KC area...get out and get some fresh air. Get some sun, or what's left of it for the day. Shitty weather coming back tomorrow so get out and let your body soak in some fresh air.

This is what social distancing is all about though. Stay away from large groups as much as possible. Keep ample distance from people you're around out in public (as much as you can). Wash your damn hands. If we all do this I'm hopeful we won't see multiple blow ups around the country like New York.

If this is that much more contagious then I would say yeah millions of people have it and aren't effected or are effected very mildly.
