The first games of the Alliance of American Football (AAF) are this weekend. I haven't followed it and at this point I'm not that interested. However, a friend called me all excited. He said CBS will be carrying all the games... that seems interesting. I seen an NFL Network logo on the AAF website... that seems interesting.
What's your take? Is your DVR set? Why should I care?

That booth review should be what the NFL does. He should also have the authority to buzz the head ref at anytime if he sees a glaring mistake. It would be a bit like college only with NFL money and tech to give the guy a ton of looks instantly. He has until the next snap to reach a conclusion whether something should be changed, not reviewed, changed. I don't care if the refs on the field get their feelings hurt or not. These rules and the way they do things is legit. NFL likes to skew games towards certain teams though, so im not sure they will ever do anything like this. [Reply]
