Keep in mind that you're a novice lifter for a longer period of time than you think you are. Novice lifting can last anywhere from a few months to a year or two, depending on how hard you hit the weights and where you started.
Once you've reached the point where you don't make regular progress on the SS program, you are ready to move on to the intermediate stage, which can last you for a good number of years. Find it HERE:
If you're a very advanced lifter (many, many years of CONSISTENT weight training), then there are lot of programs out there, and which one you pick is simply a matter of preference. If you're really that advanced, you should know what works for you and what doesn't by this point. [Reply]
I'm sure someone will come on here and grill and toast me over this - but Olive oil is supposed to be good for your skin and is that good fat, of the two. [Reply]
Ok - I'm going to go ahead and go to bat for Springer Farms chicken breasts - I buy the master bag full of young, smaller vacuum packed individual chicken breasts. Hormone free.
Small breast but trimmed masterfully, additionally the stuff sautes up nicely. Very tasty - I'm going to stick to that brand versus Whole Foods, it's just closer and a little cheaper. Springer Farms SPRINGER - SPRINGER FARMS - not sure if it's offered in KC - they're out of KY - IIRC - SPRINGER FARMS ya'll. Good shit. Non poverty chicken. [Reply]
Crystal hot sauce - I find that about the best of the standard 'run of the mill' hot sauce offerings, just compared to the normal 'commonly used' offerings. [Reply]
