TL;DR, his concern was at a 2, and now it's a 4 (out of 10). Still probably not a huge deal, but there are some concerning possibilities. Overall, though, he thinks it all gets pled down to misdemeanors, he misses a couple of games, and he writes some massive checks to those he injured.

"Most people l've talked to around the league believe that Rashee Rice will get a multi-game suspension at some point given all that's gone down. This is a lengthy legal process, which means he could start the 2024 season, actually play games, or finish the whole year, because the league likes to see the full scope of things before they make a decision on how many games a player might face. We saw that with Alvin Kamara a couple of years ago when he had his battery charges. He played the whole year, then was suspended for the next year. So that is a possibility that the Chiefs are bracing for here, they just don't know when."

With all that speed out there taking safeties deep and Kelce getting so much attention means Rice has a chance to be a game breaker in bigger matchups. [Reply]
