We don't really have one of these yet, so figured we could use this as a place to discuss potential free agent acquisitions and what we would like to look for them to bring in.
If any of you guys are interested, heres a good place to do some research.
I'm not paying big bucks and trade capitol for another Violent Offender. There ARE high talent players in this league that don't carry those issues around in their fuckstick satchel, so fuck 'em. [Reply]

I doubt Veach would get the go ahead to make this move. [Reply]
No depth on the d-line, not elite pass rusher, no depth at LB, lack a starting OLB , probably need another safety.
You arent getting all that in free agency and they spent every pick on defense last year. So yeah it's fair to say they are retooling on defense via the draft. [Reply]
In this week’s Football Morning in America, Peter King projects the Chiefs trading the 29th and 63rd picks to the Seahawks in order to acquire Clark. Albert Breer of SI.com also has the Chiefs as a team to watch closely in a Monday column and mentions the Seahawks are looking for the first- and second-round picks that are included in the projected trade. The Seahawks are looking for those picks and they will find them if they lick my fucking asshole. [Reply]

Not that I would give up a first and second (I wouldn't), but 2 elite pass rushers (Clark and Jones), a good safety (Honey Badger) and a couple of solid-to-good corners (Fuller and Ward) would field us a solid defense.
With our new coaching staff it would be a hell of an improvement from last year. [Reply]

I think Veach is kind of learning to play hardball but he needs to work on his timing. I'm pretty sure at this point it is the factor that has denied us some other FA's in addition to Earl Thomas. [Reply]
