It's the end of the world as we know it... and we feel... fine?

Live well, eat well, exercise, and you too might make it into your 50s.

It's AAAA-alicious
C - Salvy
1B -
2B - Whit
SS - Esky
3B - Cuthbert
LF - Gordon
CF - Orlando
RF - Boni
DH - Soler

It's not that bad, it's not that good either. But it's not the dog shit that will lose 100 games either.

I wonder if Whit can play CF and Mondesi will be ready by May to play 2B in the majors? That would make it look a "tiny" bit better. Then you could play Soler/Boni at RF. Soler/Dozier/Salvy at DH depending on the days off.

Still not all that much better then 72-75 wins though.

Wait, I thought Cuthbert had both 3rd AND 1st locked down?

Well, he can't throw the ball and catch it, too!

It's too bad that fell out of the CP lexicon

Dozier is listed at 1B. That makes 4 AAAA players, including Soler, Cutty and Orlando (all my opinion, of course). Oh, and I absolutely agree that they won't lose 100 games, but I do think they are probably looking at about 70-72 wins.

It's pretty bad.
And it doesn't even touch on how bad the pitching is.

If Orlando is starting, that's a real bad sign.

4 AAAA players, plus Gordon who has hit around .210 over the past two seasons, and Esky, with his .630ish OPS over the last three.

I was at game 7 1985. Anyone with TV footage of the event will see me on the visitors dugout roof in my Stephens College sweatshirt ,heh another story, with my brother . I was 20, he was 19. We both jumped onto the field with many other idiots . He went and slid into third base. I went to home plate and filled two souvenir beer cups, heh, see above, with home plate dirt. Still have it . I shit you not. I am not old. Now, get off my lawn.
