We don't really have one of these yet, so figured we could use this as a place to discuss potential free agent acquisitions and what we would like to look for them to bring in.
If any of you guys are interested, heres a good place to do some research.

It doesn't fit the offensive concept at all.
he's a bad fit.
He'd be great behind the Vermeil era line and blocking schemes.
Would it be ideal? No.
Would it stop Bell from being one of the best in the league? Absolutely not.
And again, you’re completely underestimating what Reid could do with his ability as a receiver. He would kill it in this offense with Pat, Hill, Kelce, and Watkins. [Reply]

?
I guess i'm not understanding.
It wouldn't be ideal but he'd still be one of the best in the league?
He's slow to the hole. That doesn't mesh with our o line at all imo. [Reply]

It wouldn’t be a perfect fit with our OL, but it wouldn’t stop him from being one of the best backs in the league in Reid’s offense because of his ability as a receiver alone. [Reply]

Not imo. To be one of the best running backs in the league you have to be one of the best RUNNING backs in the league.
I'm not seeing anyone saying that so and so is a top 5 RB just because of his receiving abilities.
Simply put needs not putting up over 1k receiving on this team.
We need a guy to hand it off to that will hit the hole. Not bell. [Reply]

Fire off, I’m not saying that’s all he would get.
Second, it’s all it would take with his receiving ability. It’s like some of you have no idea how good Bell is or that there wouldn’t be adjustments made by all parties. [Reply]
2014, 2016, and 2017 he was 2nd, 3rd, and 2nd in total yards from scrimmage. 2015 he went on IR Midway through. That talent isn't just going to go away because our line blocks differently. [Reply]
I'm saying his receiving isn't going to make him a top 5 back.
Hell I even typed that out...
He’s also be a damn good runner in this offense too. I’m just saying if he were even above average he’d be a top 5 back. He’s not going to go from elite to above average in this offense though. The drop off wouldn’t be nearly as signficant as some of you are implying.
Bell is a very hesistant runner, but if the hole is there he can hit it fast too. YouTube a highlight reel. He doesn’t always run like that because you can’t. Look at his red zone runs alone and tell me he can’t. [Reply]
