Have been banned from the other thread by an apparently sensitive snowflake (ironically after dozens of pages of political discussion from others) so I'll stick my thoughts on the NBA Playoffs here from now on. We needed a new thread anyway. [Reply]

Honestly, the second the Lakers are eliminated, I’ll be MUCH more excited for the rest of the playoffs.
Even though I think the Nets will win it all with ease... [Reply]

If Mahomes throws 70 TD passes the next seven consecutive seasons, together with say 7,000 yards per year, then he'd be Gretzky. Gretzky was like Wilt statistically, only he kept that level of dominance for the entire decade.
My main point is everybody is doing this Jordan/Lebron/Brady bullshit song and dance and aren稚 remembering the actual GOAT [Reply]

It was in the playoffs, which is all that matters. Any defense that can stop the best quarterback in the history of football deserves a huge measure of respect. [Reply]

I think that’s because most people don’t watch hockey, at least for me. [Reply]

I'm sorry, but the playoffs would be far more interesting with a healthy LeBron and AD at full force. They're one of only a couple of threats to the Nets in the entire league (Phoenix certainly isn't that).
Doesn't look like that's going to be happening though. [Reply]

I understand that, but I知 sick of Lebron.
I知 ready for a new era. I知 sure you can understand that given your hate for Brady. [Reply]
Man, that game was fun. Clint Capela talks a bunch of very specific junk on the Knicks and then backs it up. If the Hawks had made their regular shots, this one was even more of a blowout, but it was still fun. [Reply]
I still think people are not giving the Jazz enough credit. Mitchell is outstanding and they play so well together as unit. Very 03-04 Piston like. [Reply]
