Personally, if we could get just #3 from the Lions for Jones and #32 I think I would pull the trigger in a heartbeat. Then I would be open for business and parlay that #3 into at least one trade down, if not two or three trade downs, and stock pile multiple day 1, day 2, and early day three selections.
That said, I don't think there is any way the Lions would go for that deal. [Reply]
If we trade down it's likley with miami, giants, detroit.
Now if some team has a wild hair for a first rd gota have pick,we could get a first next year and get a 2nd this year, not likley but who knows. [Reply]
I love how everyone says to trade Jones except the GM literally said point blank they will get something worked out long term and they expect him to be a Chief for many more years. Idk about you but so far what Veach says he does [Reply]

We could trade Jones for #3 then trade next years #1 and #32 for #10 .Then draft Jeudy and Ruggs and move Hill to RB. We'fd fuck up the whole draft for Denver and LVR [Reply]

Its a fun exercise, but I think that’s all it is. I mean, if you could trade up to #3 with Jones and #32, then trade back down with Miami so they can take a QB, that’s ideal maneuvering. If you’re going to maneuver.
You’d still be guaranteed to get one of Okudah or Simmons, and you’d presumably probably get a second from Miami from the trade back. Might even get young.
You would need pass rush help, but would get a major back 7 upgrade.
I don't think I've ever been so ho hum about the draft. How great is it to (possibly) be picking last? And not really even have to worry about the pick? Each guy they get now is gravy. [Reply]

"Brutal."
An additional issue was with the amount of bandwidth, or lack thereof, present in the virtual mock.
