Short of luring GM John Elway out of retirement, it sets up as the most unexpected NFL scene of 2020. Broncos have no QBs for a game against the Saints. https://t.co/ig4knEI9vQ

That said, it is kind of shitty that teams who contain it get punished while those who have don't get their games postponed. Kind of is what it is, but wouldn't blame Broncos fans for being pissed.

Its because its not Lamar Jackson, its not the ratings game that TV wants, if they didn't move it someone would scream "Social Justice" or "Racist" [Reply]
I’m not one to complain, but @NFL y’all can’t possibly send us into a game without a QB. The most important position to a offense. We don’t even got a back up....

You have one NFL team with 18 players out, another that doesn't have a QB tomorrow, the most famous coach in college football is out with it and another top contender is in legitimate risk of having their shot at a Big Ten title stripped away. This hasn't exactly been a great week.
Either way, I've been 100% right in the COVID thread and I'm 100% right here. NFL needs to come up with a plan for the playoffs.
Yep. At this rate they will need to put all teams in their own bubble. [Reply]

You don’t think? If it continues as bad or worse than this week I don’t know how they will finish the season. They can’t keep pushing back games. Of course the NFLPA would have to agree but if games are canceled no one gets paid including the players. [Reply]
I've read stuff about him in the past where other Bears said that he was clearly the best athlete on the team and could play any position on the field (though they acknowledged that he'd have to gain weight to play the line).
I remember one person saying that he would annoy the kicker during practice because he'd go stand under the goal posts and throw footballs up to knock away field goal attempts. [Reply]
