Ramsey says he and his agent are not the ones who leaked the trade request and he didn't want it out, because he didn't want it to be a distraction to his teammates.

Dueling expert reports!

"Jason La Canfora reports there are "strong sentiments" among many NFL GMs that the Chiefs will emerge as the primary suitor for Jaguars CB Jalen Ramsey.

For what it's worth, locked-in Chiefs reporter Terez Paylor recently noted he wouldn't expect Kansas City to make a "hard push" for Ramsey. With Patrick Mahomes' and Chris Jones' long-term deals still being worked on, capital to pay up for the former No. 5 overall pick would be hard to come by. Nevertheless, the Chiefs are undoubtedly in the market for help along the sidelines. The 24-year-old Pro Bowler should garner a first-round selection (if not multiple) if traded by end of week."

Just remember Terez always downplays this shit, he did it with Earl Thomas last year.

Sounds like Terez is more speculating on his own thoughts than anything. But I could see why he's saying that

Sounds like Ramsey just wants to win. That’s his only problem. Veach I swear if he gets hurt this week I will break your leg

I respect Terez a lot, but frankly I don't think even the Chiefs know what the Chiefs are gonna do about this whole situation. My guess is that it is pretty fluid.

Nick Wright made a good point that Laramie Tunsil's trade could skew the market, being that they were from the same draft class. Houston Texan's might've made Ramsey cost much more.

I think the players, especially Hill, making their sentiments known can only help.

This is so strange. I don't know what the purpose of this press conference even is. Every time they ask him to talk about Marrone and the Jags, he says he don't wanna talk about it.

He gone.

We’ve waited 50 years for an opportunity like this.

The Jags are a dumpster fire. Why would you put the guy out there to do an interview with all this going on?

I don't really see how you can play him Thursday with all this
