Gonna get creative with some leftover roast beef later, will slice it thin and make a grilled sandwich out of it with grilled onions and a load of swiss cheese... all on grilled Texas garlic toast
Side salad, fries, and will dip the sammich in A1... I'm thinking its gonna be the bomb [Reply]
Made two Cornish game hens, stuffed with ricotta and spinach, on a bed of brown rice with Baby Bella Mushrooms, roasted carrots, poppy seed kale slaw salad with pumpkin seeds and dried cranberries. White wine. [Reply]

That sir, is how you do Hash Browns.
In college a buddy of mine and I used to grab breakfast on Sundays. We'd always try to make time to make it happen regardless of what was going on. Anyway, he wanted his has browns extra crispy and would like totally melt down if they were mushy, which was a tough ask in Emporia Kansas.
Point is, your hash browns would be Drewfus approved! :-) [Reply]
I coulda' but was lazy, back from a 7 hour drive for a work trip after 4 days of ten hour days. So just lazing around—'cept for making one meal all week. Plus the lights over my kitchen table are blown out. [Reply]
