We don't really have one of these yet, so figured we could use this as a place to discuss potential free agent acquisitions and what we would like to look for them to bring in.

I think they would adjust if say the Detroit Lions called. Because it's the Chiefs, they have a lot of reasons to demand a stupid offer or just keep him.
They aren't a rebuilding squad that's cash strapped, so no reason to dump him at all costs. [Reply]
So clowney is better than Ford because he's a slightly worse pass rusher but he's a better run defender right? We kind of had another guy just like that and we cut him so why would we trade picks for clowney [Reply]

Which is why I’d love to trade for him after this years draft is over.
One year typically dilutes a picks value by 1 round. I’d imagine 2 years would dilute the pick even further. [Reply]
