Keep in mind that you're a novice lifter for a longer period of time than you think you are. Novice lifting can last anywhere from a few months to a year or two, depending on how hard you hit the weights and where you started.
Once you've reached the point where you don't make regular progress on the SS program, you are ready to move on to the intermediate stage, which can last you for a good number of years. Find it HERE:
If you're a very advanced lifter (many, many years of CONSISTENT weight training), then there are lot of programs out there, and which one you pick is simply a matter of preference. If you're really that advanced, you should know what works for you and what doesn't by this point. [Reply]
So I had a sore shoulder and took the week before Christmas off. The week of Christmas was a bit of a cluster fuck so I only made it to the gym once that week. The week after I scored the flu, which caused me to miss two weeks at the gym.
Went back last week and I'm super weak. I'm hoping that I catch back up pretty quickly and it's just lingering flu weakness. It was humbling. [Reply]

There is injectable and transdermal. I mention the esters in the post acetate is just super short decanate is super long. [Reply]

I'll have to ask around and do some reading up on it. I though it was just a oral deca. Sounds interesting! :-) [Reply]
Had a great day today! I took the bike 50 miles today, with a total altitude climb of 2,400 feet. Took me just a shade under 4 hours. My legs and heart are good, it's just conditioning my rear for the long rides.
Weighed in at 267 today, a loss of 5 pounds from last week. Had been stuck around 271/272 for 3 weeks, just drank a lot of water and worked hard this week.
That's a total of 153 pounds down since 2/1/14, when I was at 420, and 42 pounds from my goal of 225. [Reply]
Was a fucking eye lash away from 315 for 6 today on bench which would have been a personal best. The calculator says 8-9 reps should put me about 400lbs which is a bucket list goal of mine. I'm going to get that mother fucker before birthday 36 in May. [Reply]
