"Honestly, it's probably something we should talk about as a committee," he said.

We could really be looking at KU not going to the NCAA Tournament for 4 years in a row once it's said and done.
Disaster.
Well, with how incompetently the NCAA handled this year’s tournament I confess I’m feeling a tad more hopeful about how successful they’ll be at instituting long term bans for our program.
But it does still feel like the hammer is a comin’ [Reply]
Self says the three players with positive tests won't fly to Indy with the team Monday. He thinks the player who tested positive today may not be eligible for first weekend of NCAAs
Self said he's confident team will still be going to be Indy Monday and will be seeded "in a pretty good slot." Team quite disappointed it can't finish Big 12 tourney.
Self says they're flying out on Monday (assuming I guess that they have the requisite number of players to play), but this appears to be confirmation that McCormack and Enaruna did test positive. There are also rumors that the 3rd was Wilson. [Reply]
Such a deflating feeling. Not as bad as last year, but still sucks.
I do wonder though. If a depleted team can make it out of the first weekend, then that second weekend is going to be pretty exciting. Gotta think the players will be motivated for that one. [Reply]

Hhmmm.
The real question is if it spread to multiple starters during the Oklahoma game. [Reply]
If this is worded badly, my bad. David n Enaruna in Lawrence are currently out via COVID-19 protocols. That's all KU has said. The one player today is out via a positive COVID-19 test. More here via Self ... https://t.co/iO2lZFBUiIhttps://t.co/6lEUYSdvWN
