Confirmed, per source, Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill had a posterior SC (sternoclavicular) dislocation which was successfully reduced in the hospital. No surgery required. He will stay overnight.

There is always risk of it popping back down because it broke some ligaments and the only way to repair that is by surgery which tyreek will not do during the season. He is a beast and wants to be out there. He could’ve played last week if they wanted him too. It’s all about how he feels
