The belief that they’re better than everyone forms the core of narcissistic grandiosity, and these people often take advantage of others.
They lack empathy, so they don’t realize the impact that their remarks or behaviors have on their targets.
They pronounce judgments on people they perceive as inferior—which is almost everyone.

If Hunt fired Reid, the guy that's led them to 4 straight winning seasons and the first playoff win in 23 years, there are people here that would be ECSTATIC.
Meanwhile, the guy that signed bad contracts to multiple players and has been widely criticized on CP was fired, now it's all over.
DaneMcVagina was slightly less critical of John Dorsey a few weeks ago:

All they've done since is draft well, constantly churn the bottom of the roster and with an exception in 2014, moved the franchise forward.
11-5, 9-7, 11-5, 12-4, with 2016 as AFC Divisional Champs.
This year, they made the bold move (which I thought was absolutely imperative) to move up and draft a QBOTF.
How anyone can criticize Dorsey for providing players on a team that's won 43 regular season games during that time (and losing only 21) is beyond my ability to comprehend.
I'm guessing Reid wants more control over player personnel and Hunt is gonna give Reid what he wants. Face it, no new GM will be hired that is not a yes man to Reid. [Reply]
Theory, and apologies if this has already been discussed. Didn't scroll through the thread.
What if this is in relation to the offseasonmoves thus far? Charles got cut without much discussion and was pissed. Signed with Denver to stick it to Dorsey. Berry and Houston, who had to go through aa lot to get extensions, skip workouts. Peters stays away. Maclin in gets cut unceremoniously. Players express shock and are pissed.
Perhaps Clark and Reid were looking at a potentially fractured locker room on their hands, with more cuts having to come next year and players not wanting to negotiate with Dorsey. and Clark decided to take action? [Reply]
