We don't really have one of these yet, so figured we could use this as a place to discuss potential free agent acquisitions and what we would like to look for them to bring in.
If any of you guys are interested, heres a good place to do some research.

Maybe a surprise early round pick? I could see it. [Reply]

If Merritt had good things to say about him from last year in ARZ, idk why he wouldn’t be signed as a consolation for getting beat out for Earl.
Maybe that’s just it. Merritt might have said “NO” to Boston.
He is not a great tackler, can get looked off easily, and is a “quieter” SJW who aligned with guys like Kaepernick/Reid in the anthem stance. Maybe he’s a dick?

Who knows.
If they don’t sign him and he goes cheap somewhere (he will), I’ll assume that you’re right on all of the above. [Reply]

I've been a great apologist for his lack of production thus far, and I would encourage you to take a breath and think about what his particular body type could produce in a 4-3.
He has unnatural physical gifts and doesn't appear to lack work ethic...
Give it a year before you decide he's worthless; he was a project pick with tools that was miscast in a scheme that didn't play to his strengths [Reply]
Chris Tomasson

Source says #Vikings have made a contract offer to bring back center-guard Brett Jones. Any signing by Jones, though, doesn't seem imminent and things could extend into next week. As I've noted before, Seahawks, Jets, Eagles, Chiefs also in the mix for Jones. [Reply]
