#Chiefs CB Steven Nelson (92.7 PFF Overall Grade) was
@PFF
's top-graded player last night. He was targeted six times and only allowed two receptions for 33 yards.
Over the past six games, Nelson has only allowed 264 yards while being targeted 42 times.
He’s having a pretty good season, and at least half of CP thinks he sucks. It’s a shame. [Reply]
He's average to a tick below average. He's better than Phillip Gaines but not as good as Fuller. He's injury prone. He has a hard time getting his head turned around. He gets DPI's a lot. He drops picks -dropped two against Cincy. His tackling is average to less than average. He's not very good in run support. Besides that..... he's basically Eric Warfield with slightly better coverage skills. [Reply]
Nelson tends to commit penalties, but other than that not bad. And they seemed to move Fuller to more of a slot corner role last game and Nelson on the outside. The reward appeared to reap dividends. [Reply]
They are a damn good offense and they've played alot with Bernard, Eifert, and Price. We kicked their ass upfront that set the tone for everything IMO [Reply]
