Still, just looking at population counts, the Las Vegas metro area is similar in size to Kansas City. KC is somewhere around #27 in current NFL market size. So the Raiders will drop from the #3ish size market to somewhere around where we are. I would guess that a fair amount of Vegas locals will adopt the Raiders, but in a small market you need a wealth of fanatics to pay NFL prices.
A ton of Vegas locals are originally from somewhere else

Kind of like the LA / SoCal market
Theres a HUGE Raiders fan base here, and now (becasue its less transient in te last 20 years or so) there is a lot of Vegas Born folks who are adopting The Raiders as their home team [Reply]
My Son moved to Vegas about 6 years ago. He told me over Christmas that he is going to be a Raiders fan now. I told him that he is out of the family and he is no son of mine. :-) [Reply]

Lots of folks doing that. I never will, but if my radio station becomes their partner, Im gonna have to be nice...But Theres no way I will change my colors.
I purchased season tickets in LV. I don't live there but I'll fly in for half the games and sell the rest. Home field advantage will most likely be mute because of so many opposing fans wanting to catch a game in VEGAS.
I'm thinking the first year is going to be expensive to get tickets but maybe I'm wrong. Vegas is definitely a weird market due to it being a major tourist destination. [Reply]
You realize they don't set what week we play next year till AFTER the season, right? You even watch football, you 7 nation army chanting SOB? Fuck that RB playing QB pathetic White Stripes worshipping in a shithole team..

Merry xmas...
Merry Christmas to you! The Ravens were the first football stadium to use the Seven National Army Chant, unlike the Chiefs who stole the Tomahawk Chant ten years after Florida State created it in 1980. I should know, I've been an FSU fan since 1966. That pathetic QB running back, he'll be the MVP this season. You guys are way too serious, must be nervous about The Ravens! Here's a video from 2011.

That pathetic QB running back is already 0-2 vs the Chiefs, and we stole the Tomahawk Chop and made it better.
