Last time I said "this is how the Rangers die every season," they scored like 4 goals... but, it's really how they die every season, their offense just disappears. [Reply]
I had the Panthers winning in 5, 5 and 6, looks like I was off by only one.
Being a Bolts fan, I see a lot of the Panthers and the Eastern Conference, not nearly as much the Western teams as I can’t stay up that late most nights, but I’ve thought all year the Panthers were the best team I’d seen. [Reply]

They've done a hell of a job transitioning from that fun offensive team that promptly loses to a decent defensive team in the playoffs to a real all-around playoff force... and in the matter of a few years. [Reply]
I think the Stars/Panthers could be a relatively boring clusterfuck, where both teams have good talent but their styles just cancel each other out... so hopefully the Oil can prevent that. [Reply]
Congrats to Florida. It's incredible how they are back in this spot after one of the worst beatings a team has received in a Stanley cup final series in history. They were mentally destroyed, outplayed and got beat up aswell. But to come through that, rebuild and have a great regular season was one thing. But to then make another great run to the final shows that last year was not the fluke most thought it was. It will be a tough series for whoever faces them no doubt and the experience they had from last year should have them fired up.
As for New York. They always have a tough team, perform well in the regular season and can look very special on any given day but getting over that hump is clearly an issue. It'll be interesting to see what they do to that roster this offseason.
Rooting for the Oilers today but I'm wise enough to know that Deboar is a magician and has a habit of getting himself out of these kind of holes. He doesn't lose game seven's so the Oilers have to finish this today. [Reply]
