Patriots hold way too much water. I'm betting most of these teams have some key exec or coach who comes from the patriot tree. It's the delusion from execs who think the patriot way holds water anywhere else. Its delusion from the coastal biased media who are nervous about losing new England fans. The same bigwigs who thought jamming LA down everyone's throat was a good idea.
Take a look at the MLB. Yankees / red Sox is a classic rivalry but the game is so much more popular when they're not in the world series every year. It used to be that fans watched new England because they wanted them to lose. Nobody cares anymore. Pats are a boring ass team and even the haters lost motivation to root against them. Its sad the NFL thinks they carry so much water when most fans are just waiting for this legacy to disappear finally. [Reply]
After Bill and Brady are gone I think a LOT of shit is going to come out about all sorts of shit they did to cheat including bribing officials. [Reply]
Problem is, the Pats still keep posting monster ratings. Yeah, considering the number of fans hopping on the bandwagon and that they basically control all nfl media. Of course they will. The same folks who jam the giants and cowboys down our throats even when it makes for shitty football for other fan bases. [Reply]
One thing I haven’t seen mentioned is that filming the sideline can also give you a window into the psyche of the team. You can see how players react to coaches, how players get along with each other, how much do certain groupings pay attention to their coaches, and probably lots of other things that can help you find weaknesses in a team that could be exploited. Yes and make no mistake the Pats were a sorry franchise till Kraft arrived hired a willing recently ousted coach who hadn't shown any genious qualities. Then boom overnight they arrive boot Bledsoe for a 6th round game manager. Kraft sets in motion the crooks and shysters he had connections with to launch the biggest scam NFL has seen. Tagliaboo announces retirement if I remember right and Goodell is inserted and looking the other way and cover ups begin. The NFL is nothing more than organized crime unless they cut off the head of the snake and take them down. Kraft must relinquish ownership and Billicheat needs banned. [Reply]
IF a punishment were to come down after the investigation ends. What do you think it’ll be? Not what it should be. Is this pull down the banners worthy? Or just another fine? How long did Payton get for Bountygate? [Reply]

Honestly,
Considering they are a repeat offender. And this is clearly a violation of league rules from a employee who has been with the team 18 years. One of the following:
A) Whole 2020 Draft class taken from them, they forfeit every pick
Both should happen, but likely won’t. I can’t see a way forward where either the NFL, or the Patriots, take full ownership of this, and what to many, seems like a very probable systemic cheating scandal over multiple years. [Reply]
