Sources: The #Seahawks and #Chiefs are deep in talks on a trade to send star Frank Clark to KC. The compensation would include a 1st rounder, a 2020 2nd rounder and a swap of mid-rounders. To complete it, the franchise tagged player and Chiefs must hammer out a deal.

Man, if only we'd ever walk in to one of those with a full pocket of picks and kill it too.

Well, until Veach proves he can consistently find difference makers in that organized event it's not very reassuring. [Reply]
AFC pass rushing tandems
Broncos: Von Miller and Bradley Chubb (26.5 sacks in 2018
Chargers: Joey Bosa and Melvin Ingram (12.5 sacks + Bosa missed time)
Chiefs: Chris Jones and Frank Clark (28.5 sacks)
Raiders: Arden Key and Josh Mauro (2 sacks) [Reply]
I know there are a lot of younger posters on here that have never been a Chiefs fan when we had a Lights Out dominating defense. Today is a great step towards those days. Teams won't be holding the ball 60% of the game any longer and running up and down the field at will on us.

That dude is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo fucking lucky he gets the "development time" aspect. I'd imagine it's something he thanks god daily for at this point. [Reply]
Simple question.
Would you rather pay Dee Ford and Justin Houston 38 million dollars this year or.....
Pay Frank Clark and Alex Okafor 27 million dollars give or take? [Reply]
People place way too much value on draft picks. That’s the only explanation for not liking this trade. The money is also irrelevant because you can work around that in pretty much any way you need or want to. [Reply]
