No need to shit on Watson to make this point. Watson is a really good QB. Pat is a generational QB. There's just no comparison. It's like comparing Rivers to Rodgers or something like that. [Reply]

What's frustrating is the media that wants to put them as equals, or maybe even want to put Deshaun above him. It's laughable. Hopefully today's game will change some of that narrative. [Reply]
Are people really going to shit on Watson? Look at how bad (and stupid) that team is around him.
You can think Mahomes is fantastic and still give other QBs their due, you know. Mahomes had wide open guys and clean pockets all day, and whenever pressure came from the outside he had huge running lanes. Watson was literally spinning and twisting for his life with a terrible line on almost every pass.
It's totally fair to say that in spite of that Mahomes was still the superior QB, because he was still throwing dimes all day, but if you switch those two QBs today, the Chiefs still win.
This place has become so hostile to any QB that isn't Mahomes that it's just completely toxic. Last year it was piss on Brees at every opportunity, this year it's Jackson, and next year I'm sure it will be someone else.
There's no need to be so damned defensive when the guy you have is the best anyway, and let's not act like Mahomes himself isn't an absolute league darling. [Reply]
