I didn't say you attacked her appearance. But there are a ton of posts in this thread that use her weight, he ugly face, and her ugly body as reasons why she sucks, instead of just using her lack of journalistic integrity, her apparent racism, and her hack-level writing as the reasons why they hate her.

Brooke Pryor is not going to be liked in *any* market as an NFL team's beat reporter. She probably felt that this Hill thing, and the ensuing articles she could write throwing Hunt under the bus for creating an atmosphere where domestic abuse is tolerated would allow her to be a sports social commentator some place, which is what she wants. The reason that insults coming from men aimed at women often involve denigrating a woman's looks is *not* sexism. Yes, it's very personal, and not nice, but it cuts a woman harder than it cuts a man because much more of a woman's sexual market value is determined by looks compared to a man. I think you are right. She is a journalistic hack with no writing, or reporting skills, and she thought that breaking this story would help her move up to the big leagues. Whitlock, Nick Wright, Terez Paylor, etc. used the KC Star, and Kansas City sports talk radio, as springboards on their way to ESPN and Yahoo Sports jobs, where they have a national audience.

What pisses me off the most is that the national media seems to be doing exactly what she did in ignoring evidence that doesn't support their views of Hill as a violent abuser. The national media is just too lazy to do any actual reporting, choosing to report her headlines as if they were the facts of the case.
