' You should be terrified of me too bitch' why you think he said that BlackOps? If I had to take a logical guess - he is warning her that the kid fears him for a reason he is still capable of beating the shit out of her so she better watch her mouth.
Such a nice guy. Clearly rehabilitated. Those anger management classes definitelty did the trick!
I think he’s in a toxic relationship with her and he wanted her to shut up.

So "she rode for him with that detective" (paraphrasing) oesn't mean anything?

Do you think the kid said in the forensic interview that he gets punished when he cries in a way that the DA has no idea whodunit?
I do not know how far along the kid is at talking about his experiences, but if there is a forensic interview, I expect he said whodunit on any of the allegations in that audio.
Here's a thought-thing ... based on the audio, the Popo have more specific questions to ask of Damien, Mr. jettio. For example; "Did Daddy ever force you to hold your arms away from your body while he punched you in the chest?" You know, stuff like that ...
More precise, detailed questions could make a big difference in how the interrogation goes.
My only prayer at this point is that CPS doesn't waterboard any longer.
Do the people thinking that Hill hasn't abused his kid believe that his 3 year old son is out to get him when he apparently said "Daddy did it" and "Daddy punches me"?

Definitely. Still telling her she should be terrified of him too doesn't sound very good coming from a guy who previously beat the girl up when she was pregnant.

I thought it was his GF saying that, when has the 3 yr old said that?

The girlfriend is talking in 3rd person asking him why he says that and she also said that when she was defending Hill against questions brought on by investigators and CPS that they said their son repeatedly told them "Daddy punches me."
To be fair it could also be possible that when Hill is beating his fiance he makes her call him "Daddy."

Cops would not interview a 3 year old. A person trained in interviewing kids in a non-prompting way interviews a 3 year old. If that has happened, I would think the kid has already described all of that. And that is parenting class level stuff, not destroy Dad's life because he is famous level.

Apparently something was enough for the DA to reopen the case.

Yes. Of course, they have specialists who are tasked with interviewing the children in these situations.
And you'd be surprised how much information you can get once you fire up the electrodes attached to their immature, little genitals.

I guess the DA could try and make the case he made a “Terroristic threat” to her but then the Defense attorney will ask why she didn’t immediately leave him, why did she support him previously etc.
Also, she is the one who said they boy was terrified a few times to him. It’s reasonable to me he wanted her to simply shut up and end the discussion right there.

Or, she could be beating him with a ....oh never mind. :-)
