Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy! [Reply]

There is NOTHING that makes sense in regards to the theory that the Chiefs would start Bray over Mahomes. Nothing. Zero. Zilch. Nada.
There isn't a single, reasonable explanation for such a thing. [Reply]

But.......... What if he nets us a 16th round pick [Reply]

Dude, last year's 1st round war machine is gonna' keep my pee-pee rock hard for about the next 5 to 10 years in regards to the draft, but yeah; it really feels great. [Reply]
Not to bring up that douche Cian Fahey, but this needs to be stated. The media is throttling Jimmy G’s cock right now and critics have said Mahomes makes bad, wreckless decisions that could lead to INT’s.
I've seen a little bit of Garoppolo the past couple weeks, and while I like his game, that dude wants no part of being hit. He will throw up prayers before taking big shots, although he usually ends up taking the hit anyways. [Reply]

The Browns have three 2nd round picks.
If they don't want to give up one of their 1st rounders, they damn well better pay us two 2nd rounders this year.
That would give the Chiefs three 2nd rounders plus the cap space from Alex. At that point, all the depth issues we were having at CB, S, OLB, WR, TE would be able to get addressed through a mixture of free agency and the draft. We would have the flexibility to trade up into the 1st to grab a player we really want or keep all the picks and just draft guys. Or even draft two 2nd rounders and trade down with the last one. The possibilities are endless. [Reply]

Lame, maybe, but isn't that a smart thing to figure out how to do? No doubt Brady's success at an advanced age is helped by the fact that he doesn't allow himself to get hit more than he needs to be hit. [Reply]

LOL no they are not going to give multiple 2nd rounders for A Smith. Your lucky to get a 3rd rounder for him. He might be the number 4 or 5th available QB this year. [Reply]
Last I read from Matt Miller, this draft is supposed to be one of the worst in several years. Not quite on 2013 level but he said it wasn't far off. [Reply]

I can see that but the Dorsey without a 2nd rounder still came out of the 13 draft with Kelce in the third and Fissher in the 1st. With 5 picks in the top 2 rounds he might give up 1 2nd but not 2 for Smith. He would rather have young McCarron who they had a deal everyone said was over priced for a 2nd and 3rd.
He also can easily take either of the 2 Viking QB's who will not cost a pick. Which all assumes he won't take Rosen with the 1 pick and be out of the QB market entirely. Which is what I think they end up doing. [Reply]
