This seems like it fixes ONE type of personal problem-- the fact that you don't like Lebron's dominance of the Eastern Conference.
The East has a competition problem. The West has the best coaches, the best systems, and the majority of the best players. Some teams have 2, 3, or even 4 of those kind of players on the same team.
And to make matters even worse, the West is so strong that if you're a terrible team in the West, you're far more likely to get your clock fucking cleaned and win the tanking game. That's how guys like Karl-Anthony Towns and Anthony Davis became franchise players for Western Conference teams, not Eastern Conference cellar dwellers who could easily rise up if they stockpiled talent by getting lucky when they tank. Thus, the teams that were dominant in the West recede, yet are immediately replaced by teams whose young talent has finally gelled. And all the East can hope for is one, maybe two stars acquired through tanking, and from that point on, they instantly become "too good" in that weak conference to stockpile more talent through the draft.
The only thing re-seeding does is punish the best of the worst. It doesn't get the league any closer to having equal talent in both conferences, nor does it strengthen the top end of the East, which is what we really want, right? [Reply]

The NBA has some amazing talent, but overall it's a bad league
New Orleans at least has a shot as long as they can hang on to Anthony Davis. He's the type of player they could legit win a title with if they could put pieces around him. Most teams don't even have that kind of hope. [Reply]

They should go after Chris Paul.
Paul, A Davis and Cousins would be insanely good [Reply]

The playoffs have sucked but it's kinda cool.
That isn't a foregone conclusion quite yet. If and it's a big IF if Leonard does come back I think they could win 1-2 games. Don't know if Pop will let him come back at this point though. [Reply]

Spurs won just 7 of 11 games against Houston and Memphis with Leonard. Why are we crowning his ass? [Reply]
